Within 14 days of receiving an item(s), you may exchange it for an in-stock item (of equal or greater value) that is in stock. No refunds. Clearance and sale items, as well as special orders and custom orders, are non-returnable. Trade-ins are non-returnable and considered a final sale. A purchaser must return the item in its original, unused, saleable condition (without alterations, including sizing or engraving) in its original packaging with receipts, paperwork and documentation. Shipping costs are not refundable. Obtaining a Return Authorization Number from our returns department is the first step in initiating a return. It is important to note that any package sent without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted. Exchanges for in-store purchases are permitted without a Return Authorization Number (restrictions apply).
How to package your return?
In addition to the original packaging, please include any other materials, which you received. Send your package via USPS Registered Mail and insure it. FedEx or UPS should not be used, only United States Postal Service (USPS). Only the United States Postal Service insures jewelry over $500. Be sure to get a confirmation of delivery and keep the tracking number as a proof of shipment. Ship your package only with USPS Registered Mail, insured for the total value of the item. The shipment tracking number should be kept as a proof of delivery, and should be provided as confirmation of delivery. Our Quality Inspection Team will review your return once we receive it at Gabby Elan Jewelry. It is important to note that items showing signs of wear or damaged in any way cannot be returned and will be sent back to you. Returns to Gabby Elan Jewelry without a return authorization number will be refused upon arrival.
