An authorization number is required if you want to return an item due to a manufacturer's defect or a ring sizing issue. You can obtain an authorization number by calling 718-855-7437 or by emailing email@example.com. Ensure that your package is shipped via UPS or DHL ONLY, and that the full purchase price is insured. Do NOT reveal the contents of your package when insuring it for security reasons. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, Gabby Elan Jewelry is NOT responsible.
Original sales receipts or order numbers must accompany all items. In addition to printing your name, address, and return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package, please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions from firstname.lastname@example.org.
When Gabby Elan Jewelry receives the package, we will contact you. In order for the jewelry to be accepted, our Quality Inspection team must verify that it has not been damaged or worn excessively during the 14-day return period. The items MUST be returned in their original condition to Gabby Elan Jewelry.
