International Shipping

Our international shipping is a top priority at Gabby Elan Jewelry. 

Delivery confirmation and full insurance are included with shipping to over 120 countries via FedEx and USPS. Shipping internationally is insured and appropriate value declarations are included. Contact us if you need specific instructions. International shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days.

Our team will review and verify all orders coming from outside the US. A high-risk order will be canceled and refunded as soon as it is flagged. You may need to provide additional verification if necessary. As part of the order verification process, we ask you to be patient with us, since we are trying to protect all shipments and their buyers.

In the event that an order seems suspicious or of high risk, Gabby Elan Jewelry reserves the right to cancel and return it.

International Duties and Taxes
Any incoming international shipment may be subject to customs duties or taxes. The recipient is responsible for these fees, which range from 10%-15% of the total declared value. You may be contacted by the customs office to remit payment after receiving your package. FedEx may pay these import fees for you in advance and contact you once the package has cleared customs to collect the payment.

International Return Policy
The return period for international shipments is 14 days. Follow the instructions in our Return Policy to return your order. There is a 15% restocking fee associated with all international returns.
